The Ministry of Health, together with the National Health Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, is launching a new patient information channel - push notifications in the Diia app.
From now on, information from the electronic healthcare system about e-prescriptions and e-referrals can be received directly in the app.
This innovation will make the delivery of notifications more reliable and help reduce SMS costs.
If you have the Diia app installed and are logged in, notifications will be delivered there, and no additional steps are required. If Diia is not available, the notification will be sent to Viber, and if it is not available, it will be sent as an SMS.
Diia will primarily receive notifications about: creating a treatment plan, e-prescription (number and redemption code), canceling an e-prescription, and creating an e-referral. For now, other notifications will be sent via Viber or SMS. In the future, the list of notifications in Diia will be expanded.
