Teachers of general secondary education institutions in the Dobropillia community joined the training "Building Tutoring Competence for Teachers 2.0" conducted by People in Need Ukraine with the support of the European Union. More than 70 teachers from Sumy, Dnipro and Kharkiv oblasts and 75 from Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia oblasts took part in these events.

The participants had the opportunity to gain new knowledge and practical tools for working with students who need additional support, as well as to develop tutoring skills as a modern format of individual support for children in the educational process.

Thanks to the support of the Czech humanitarian organization Person in Need and the Tutoring Competence Development for Teachers 2.0 program, teachers have received effective tools for their work that will allow them to apply all new knowledge in practice.

We thank our international partners for their support of teachers in Donetsk Oblast. Such programs are an important resource for overcoming educational losses, improving the quality of education and professional growth of teachers, even in difficult wartime conditions.
