On August 6, 2025, specialists from the Donetsk Regional Employment Service held an outreach event in the Sviatohirsk community. The mobile office served as a platform for communication, providing consultations, and informing residents about employment opportunities and professional development.

During the event, Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, Nataliia Adamova, spoke with local residents, sharing information about current job openings, professional training opportunities, and government grant support programs.

Ms. Adamova also held a working meeting with Volodymyr Rybalkin, Head of the Sviatohirsk City Military Administration. Together, they discussed key issues related to local employment, support for veterans and internally displaced persons (IDPs), and cooperation with community employers.

Special attention was given to ways of restoring the economic activity of Sviatohirsk — one of the first de-occupied cities in the region. The Employment Service is ready to support the community not only with consultations, but also with real tools — such as employer support programs, organization of public works, vocational training, business start-up grants, and wage compensation schemes.

Ms. Adamova also visited a social laundry facility and a mobile sanitation module, where public works projects are being implemented. These facilities provide vital services to the community, particularly for the elderly. They are operated by unemployed individuals engaged in public works, offering job seekers temporary employment, income, and an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to their community.

Employment Service specialists will continue to work across the communities of Donetsk region, helping people find jobs and supporting the development of local businesses — even under difficult conditions.
