A working meeting on the further development of the project "My Donetsk Region. My home. My fortress". The project was initiated by Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Head of the Regional Military Administration.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the structural units of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, as well as representatives of the 11th Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
During the meeting, the participants outlined the next steps in the project's implementation. The initiative is aimed at fostering patriotic values among young people, raising awareness of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and motivating them to make a conscious choice in favor of protecting the state. They discussed interagency cooperation, involvement of new target groups, joint events and exercises, and communication support for the initiative.
Special attention was paid to the organizational issues of the Future Warrior training. The event is planned to be held offline. High school students from different communities of Donetsk Oblast, as well as pupils and students from vocational and higher education institutions will take part in the training.
The program of the event includes drill training, obstacle course, familiarization with the basics of tactical medicine, mine safety rules and algorithms for actions during shelling and other threats. Representatives of military units and civil society organizations are to be involved in the training.
The participants not only outlined the next steps but also agreed on specific actions to develop the project. "My Donetsk region. My home. My Fortress" will continue to unite young people, promote their patriotic education and form an active civic position.
