The Donetsk Regional Center for Tourism and Local History for Schoolchildren organized interactive and sports events for children at two locations in the Kirovohrad region.
In the village of Velyka Severynka, the Center’s team helped organize a patriotic event titled “With Ukraine in Our Hearts, With Gratitude in Our Souls,” setting up a dedicated archery area for participants. The children had the opportunity to learn the basics of this sport, developing their concentration, endurance, and accuracy.
At the same time, an outdoor obstacle course was set up for children in Kropyvnytskyi. Participants tested their agility, coordination, and endurance, while also learning teamwork and mutual support as they completed the course.
Joint activities, physical exercise, and hands-on hiking experiences contribute to the physical development of Donetsk Oblast’s youth in their new homes, foster team spirit, provide psychological and emotional support, and promote patriotic education among the younger generation.
