The Department of Family, Youth and Mass Events of National and Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration announces that on April 20, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., a constituent meeting will be held in the format of an online conference to form a new composition of the Youth Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
Who can be a member of the council: Citizens of Ukraine aged 14 to 35 years, who are representatives of:
- youth councils under village, settlement, city, district councils in cities of the Donetsk region;
- civil society institutions (CSOs) that carry out activities in the youth sector in the region;
- student and pupil self-government bodies and their regional associations;
- youth centers (with the right to an advisory vote).
Applications are accepted from 03/06/2026 to 03/20/2026 inclusive. Documents are submitted electronically (scanned copies in PDF format) to the email address: [email protected].
List of documents (in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1198):
1. Application in the form in accordance with the appendix to the Model Regulation (approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1198 as amended by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1276), signed by an authorized person of the governing body of the delegated entity.
2. Decision on delegating a representative to participate in the constituent meeting, who is simultaneously a candidate for election to the youth council, adopted in accordance with the procedure established by the constituent documents of the delegated entity.
3. Biographical information of the delegated representative indicating the surname, first name, patronymic, position, place of work, position in the delegated entity, contact information.
Important:
No more than one representative can be elected from each delegation subject. The composition of the council is formed by rating voting at the constituent meeting among the candidates present.
