On October 18, 2025, another stage of the intellectual tournament “Kingdom of Moves” took place, traditionally organized by the Department of Culture, Family, Youth and Sports of the Velyka Novosilka Settlement Council.
The competition was held at the cultural and educational hub of the Kurakhove community and brought together fans of intellectual games from across Donetsk region. Among the participants were both experienced players and young beginners, united by their love of logic, strategy, and the battle of minds.
Throughout the tournament, participants demonstrated attentiveness, analytical thinking, and the ability to anticipate several moves ahead. A particularly pleasant aspect was the friendly atmosphere — senior players supported newcomers, shared their experience, and fostered a true spirit of teamwork.
At the end of the tournament, Olena Yehorova, Head of the Department of Culture, Family, Youth and Sports, thanked all participants for their enthusiasm and sporting spirit. The youngest players received honorary acknowledgements and sweet gifts.
Such events not only promote the intellectual development of young people but also strengthen connections between communities, creating a space for friendly communication, mutual support, and positive emotions.
