This participant’s life story is an example of resilience, responsibility, and sincere service to others. Having endured personal losses, changes in her life circumstances, and the challenges of war, she chose a career dedicated to protecting the public and has devoted herself to building a safe, inclusive, and just society.
Working within the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, she combines her professional work with civic engagement. She initiates and conducts informational and educational events on gender equality, accessibility, non-discrimination, and safety, and promotes the implementation of modern approaches in the work of the civil protection service. In just one year, she organized more than 13 informational events for over 450 participants, promoting a culture of mutual respect and equal opportunities.
An important focus of her work is supporting internally displaced persons, women, the elderly, and people with limited mobility at evacuation centers. As a representative of the “1325 Donetsk Region” Coalition, a member of the SMARTA civil society organization, and a member of the Youth Council under the Donetsk Regional State Administration, she actively works to implement the principles of the “Women, Peace, and Security” agenda, develop youth policy, and create a barrier-free environment.
Through her professional expertise, civic engagement, and dedication, she demonstrates that modern leadership involves not only responding to challenges but also driving change that makes society stronger, more united, and safer.
