In the nomination "Guides of Knowledge" of the regional competition "Young Person of the Year – 2026," Donetsk region is represented by Anastasiia Anasova, Deputy Principal for Educational Work and Biology Teacher at Gymnasium No. 12 of the Pokrovsk City Council, Donetsk Region.
Despite her young age, Anastasiia has established herself as a modern, proactive educator and school leader who successfully combines teaching, educational management, and innovative approaches to learning. She believes that a teacher's primary mission is to help every child unlock their potential, develop critical thinking, and foster a lifelong passion for learning.
She places special emphasis on patriotic education, civic engagement, and the digital transformation of education. Under her guidance, students become winners of academic competitions and Olympiads while participating in projects that promote democratic values, environmental awareness, and leadership skills.
Anastasiia continuously improves her professional expertise, conducts training workshops for educators, shares original teaching materials, and actively participates in educational and community initiatives.
