Yuliia Chystiakova is an educator from Donetsk Region who has dedicated 15 years of her life to working with children. She began her professional career as a primary school teacher and has spent the last seven years working as an educational organizer at Kurakhove Comprehensive School No. 5.
In her work, Yuliia creates an environment where children can discover their talents, take initiative, learn to work as a team and believe in their own abilities. She organizes educational activities, creative projects, patriotic initiatives, competitions and celebrations, helping students remain active and engaged in school life.
Yuliia pays particular attention to the achievements of her students, who participate in regional, national and international competitions. She considers their success one of the most important results of her work.
The war forced the educational process to move online, but this did not become an obstacle to her work. Yuliia continues to seek modern ways of communicating with students, supporting and motivating them to develop while preserving their sense of belonging to the school community, even from a distance.
For Yuliia Chystiakova, school is about more than knowledge. It is a place where personalities are shaped and where responsibility, mutual respect, compassion and love for Ukraine are nurtured.
