Mykhailo Petrenko is a young leader who, through his professionalism, sense of responsibility, and effective management decisions, ensures the stable operation of the housing and utilities sector in the Kramatorsk community under martial law.
He began his career at the Housing and Utilities Department of the Kramatorsk City Council, where he worked as an environmental specialist and later in the public utilities division. He coordinated road infrastructure repairs and city beautification projects, ensuring their high-quality execution even during the most challenging periods of full-scale war. Thanks to his efforts, Kramatorsk remained well-maintained, and its transportation infrastructure remained functional, supporting uninterrupted logistics and the needs of the defense forces.
Today, Mykhailo heads the management company “Dobrobut-Kramatorsk,” where he has assembled a professional team and established the efficient operation of the newly formed enterprise. Under his leadership, the community’s housing stock is maintained without interruption, the consequences of enemy shelling are promptly addressed, and apartment buildings are prepared in a timely manner for the heating season.
His work exemplifies responsible leadership, managerial competence, and a daily commitment to the resilience and safety of the Kramatorsk community.
