Viktoriia Vynohradska is an educational coordinator at Novodonetske Secondary School No. 16 who inspires young people to become active, creative, and responsible citizens.
Her experience as a member of the Youth Council of the Novodonetske Settlement Council shaped her strong civic values and commitment to youth development. Today, as an educational coordinator, she creates a modern environment where students can develop their creativity, leadership skills, and patriotic values. Even in the distance-learning format, Viktoriia organizes creative workshops, patriotic events, educational projects, and youth initiatives that help students stay connected, discover their talents, and grow into confident young leaders.
For her professionalism, dedication, and active civic engagement, she has been awarded a Certificate of Honor and a Letter of Appreciation from the Department of Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports of the Novodonetske Settlement Council. She received special recognition for her contribution to national-patriotic education and for supporting the "Stories of the Brave" project, dedicated to honoring Ukraine's defenders.
Viktoriia believes that education, creativity, and compassion are the foundation of a generation capable of building a strong, democratic, and prosperous Ukraine.
