Before the full-scale hostilities began, entrepreneur Vitalii Hudz created and developed a pharmacy chain in Kostiantynivka. He actively cooperated with the Employment Service, hired job seekers, and supported the local community.
Due to the war, he was forced to relocate to Kyiv, where he faced the need to adapt to new conditions and look for new areas of activity. Eventually, he decided to open a coffee shop. To fill vacancies, Vitalii turned to the Donetsk Regional Employment Service, continuing cooperation with it as an employer after relocation.
Career advisors selected candidates from among internally displaced persons — Tetiana and Hanna. Both women were registered with the Employment Service. After completing internships, they were employed as baristas.
The employer took advantage of the state support program and received compensation for labor costs related to the employment of internally displaced persons.
Currently, the entrepreneur plans to expand the business and create new jobs.
