A new integration scenario with business has been launched — multi-sharing of documents through Diia. Starting from June 1, clients will be able to send copies of several documents in one request. Just a few clicks instead of scans, papers, and wasted time.
Multi-sharing solves a common business problem — long and inconvenient processes of collecting document copies from clients. Previously, it was necessary to send several requests, wait for scans or photos, check if all documents were in place. This took time, created a risk of errors, and increased costs.
With multi-sharing, everything is simpler — businesses receive the entire package of digital documents at once. And clients do not need to gather all the necessary papers, scan, or send each digital copy one by one. Everything is quick, easy, and convenient through Diia.
What documents are available for multi-sharing:
- ID card
- foreign passport
- tax number (RNOCPP)
- permits for permanent and temporary residence
- income certificate
- child's birth certificate
- IDP certificate
- act records: name change, marriage, divorce
- pension certificate
- education documents
- veteran certificate
- driver's license
- technical passport
- student ID
How does it work?
- The client presses a button or scans a QR code with their smartphone using Diia
- Selects the documents they want to send
- Signs the request through Diia.Signature
Click-click — and that's it: documents are sent automatically, with a digital signature and Diia stamp. If an income certificate is needed, which was previously unavailable for transfer, it will be pulled in a little later — the system will send a notification, and the sharing will be completed.
Multi-sharing works even when the user does not have all the documents — available ones are sent, and you can immediately see what is missing.
Multi-sharing in Diia is about convenience, as there is no need to wait for each file separately or check if the client forgot to send something. Everything arrives automatically. This speeds up service, reduces the number of errors, and improves the customer experience from the very first contact.
