Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held. This week, they reviewed purchases made by the Mykolaiv city community during the current year.
The head of the Mykolaiv city military administration, Volodymyr Proskunin, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 30 purchases of goods and services worth 50 million hryvnias.
The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent on supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, constructing defensive structures, purchasing fuel and lubricants, construction materials, repairing motor vehicles, and meeting the needs of municipal institutions.
Ihor Boiko noted that, according to information from the regional administration's department of economy, for the period from October 21 to October 30, 2025, customers in the region's 12 territorial communities planned 23 purchases worth almost 25.4 million hryvnias.
Of the 23 purchases, five contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods (gasoline, diesel fuel, food products for educational institutions, a dump truck) and for the performance of major repairs (emergency restoration work) on the roof of a residential building in Sloviansk.
He stressed that the Transparency and Accountability Working Group, which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by communities in the region.
