Chaired by Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held, during which the status of procurements by the Mykolaiv City Territorial Community in 2026 was reviewed.
According to information from the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, between January 1 and October 13, 2026, the community plans to conduct nine procurements of goods and services with a total value of 6.5 million UAH. Volodymyr Proskunin, head of the Mykolaiv City Military Administration, provided an overview of the procurements. Members of the working group had the opportunity to ask the presenter questions.
The meeting participants also reviewed general information on procurements planned by contracting authorities in the Donetsk region for the period from September 30 to October 7, 2026.
The work of the “Transparency and Accountability” group is aimed at ensuring openness in the use of budget funds and adherence to the principles of efficiency and transparency in public procurement.
