Organizational issues of the newly established military administrations of settlements were discussed on August 5 at a working meeting with the heads of military administrations of settlements in Volnovakha and Mariupol districts of Donetsk region.
The main issues discussed at the meeting included: the formation and implementation of local budgets of the communities of the temporarily occupied territories; current problems of filling and the procedure for entering information into the State Register of Real Property Rights and the register of territorial communities; the procedure for approving local targeted programs, programs of economic and social development of the community; organization of office work and archival storage after the resumption of the military administration in the controlled territory.
The meeting was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in cooperation with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Main Department of the State Migration Service of Ukraine in Donetsk region, and the Eastern Interregional Department of the Ministry of Justice.
