Under the chairmanship of the Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko, a meeting was held regarding the timely creation, accumulation, and use of material reserves at all levels (except for state ones) to prevent the occurrence of emergencies and eliminate their consequences. The meeting was attended by the heads of structural divisions of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, heads of district military administrations, and local military administrations.
During the meeting, issues related to the development of an up-to-date nomenclature and the calculation of the volumes of material reserves for the timely provision of comprehensive assistance to the affected population by the authorities were discussed.
"I want to emphasize that the points of invincibility, which are currently in a 'sleeping mode', must be ready to resume their work within no more than two hours if needed. The readiness of the points of invincibility, their provision with everything necessary is the personal responsibility of the heads of communities and local leaders," emphasized Ihor Boiko.
The Deputy Head of the Region noted that in wartime conditions, the communities of Donetsk must be ready for any challenges.
