Every year at the end of December, Donetsk region becomes a center of vibrant artistic achievements. The regional competition and exhibition of decorative, applied, and fine arts, "We Can Do Anything," is held by the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity and brings together the most talented artists in the region, giving each of them the opportunity to make a name for themselves in the world.
This competition embodies the belief in the unlimited potential of children, supports creative personalities, and seeks out new stars who are already inspiring others with their talent and strength of spirit.
Over the course of three months, the jury reviewed 225 creative works by young artists and craftsmen from the communities of Myrnohrad, Toretsk, Druzhkivka, Selidovo, and Kostyantynivka, as well as students of the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity, Kostyantynivka Special School No. 32, Novozhelanivska Special School No. 39, Paraskoviivska Special School No. 40, as well as Sloviansk Special Schools No. 23 and No. 41.
Among the participants were 113 children with special educational needs, whose works became a true symbol of courage, creative perseverance, and unshakable self-confidence.
The competition was held in a correspondence format and covered two artistic categories:
- "Decorative and applied arts."
- "Fine arts."
Donetsk residents aged 6 to 18 presented works created using 39 techniques, demonstrating excellent artistic taste, original thinking, and unique personal styles.
