Organizational measures for the preparation and high-quality implementation of spring field work in 2026 were discussed on February 12 at a seminar with representatives of district and local military administrations. More than 190 specialists from Donetsk region participated in the seminar.
During the event, the following issues were also highlighted:
- calculation of educational subsidies for local budgets for 2026;
- reform of senior specialized schools: realities and challenges; provision of social services in the context of relocation of communities whose territories are occupied;
- organization of social services for the social adaptation of war veterans and their families;
- communities as spaces for recovery: simple tools for psychosocial assistance;
- the legality and expediency of decisions on determining a child's place of residence with a parent and compliance with/violation of children's rights when making such decisions;
- partnership projects in the field of youth policy implementation and support for large families in Donetsk region.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in conjunction with the relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Donetsk Regional Center for Social Services, and the Main Department of the National Social Service in Donetsk Region.
During the seminar, participants acquired new skills and knowledge, took an active part in discussing reports and presentations, and expressed their wishes regarding the topics for future meetings.
