On March 26, a seminar was held with representatives of district and local military administrations to discuss document organization, the preparation of case files, and the transfer of documents to state archives. Over 230 specialists from the Donetsk region participated in the seminar.
The following issues were addressed during the event:
- an overview of changes to the State Standards for preschool, elementary, and specialized education;
- the organization of health and recreational programs for children in 2026;
- providing persons/children with disabilities and other specific categories of the population with assistive rehabilitation devices through the submission of applications via the software complex of the Unified Information System for the Social Sphere;
- psychological resources for recovery: how mental health support influences the social and economic integration of veterans and internally displaced persons;
- management of household waste and debris from destruction under the legal regime of martial law;
- registration of sports organizations by communities in the Electronic Register of Sports Organizations;
- conflict management for public service needs.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with relevant structural units of the regional state administration, the Donetsk Regional Center for Social Services, and the Donetsk Regional Branch of the National Service for Mediation and Reconciliation.
