That is why Donetsk Youth Palace "Yunost" invites children and youth of Donetsk region with special educational needs to take part in the Festival-Contest "Art is a World of Equal Opportunities".
Participants aged 9 to 35 from general secondary, out-of-school, vocational, professional, pre-university and higher education institutions of the region are invited to participate.
To become a participant, you need to send an application and a competitive work marked "Festival" to the address: [email protected] by October 13, 2025 (inclusive).
