On 13 November, a working meeting chaired by Oleksandr Shevchenko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, was held with the participation of representatives n which representatives of district and local military administration, responsible for social and humanitarian issues.
During the meeting, the issue of the proper organization and conduct of New Year's and Christmas events for children of Donetsk region, both those currently residing in the region and those who, due to the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and active hostilities in Donetsk region, were forced to move to safer regions of the country, was discussed.
«The New Year holidays are approaching, and our main duty as officials and adults is to ensure that every child has a festive mood and feels cared for and cherished,» said the deputy head of the Regional State Administration.
Following the meeting, appropriate instructions were given on coordinating actions between administrations, identifying needs and developing a plan of action taking into account the security situation.
