During the event, Yurii Vynokurov emphasized that under martial law, it is the workers of the water and heat supply sectors who ensure the vital functioning of communities, promptly eliminate emergencies, restore damaged networks, and work in extremely difficult and dangerous conditions.
“You carry out critically important work every day, on which the comfort and safety of people depend. Thank you for your resilience, professionalism, and readiness to work under any circumstances,” said the First Deputy Head of the Regional State Administration.
The Donetsk Regional State Administration will continue to pay special attention to supporting housing and utilities workers and ensuring the stable operation of critical infrastructure facilities in the region.
