The Donetsk Regional Ecology and Nature Center, in collaboration with the “Young Scientists” student association, held a regional science and sports challenge throughout August.
Students joined the initiative, completing sports challenges and sharing their results throughout the month. Participants posted about 400 videos of themselves doing the exercises on social media.
The challenge combined physical activity with environmental themes, drawing participants’ attention to the importance of a healthy lifestyle and a responsible attitude toward nature. Completing the fitness challenges helped participants stay in shape and add variety to their summer break.
The challenge provided a great opportunity to spend the last month of summer actively and get ready for the new school year.
