Today at around 5:00 p.m., Russian forces dropped three high-explosive bombs on the center of Kramatorsk.
Unfortunately, there are at least three fatalities and five injuries—according to information as of 5:50 p.m. This was reported by Vadym Filashkin, head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration.
Police and State Emergency Service units, as well as utility and medical services, are working at the scene.
The wounded are receiving qualified medical care. Residential buildings are being searched for casualties. The extent of the damage is being assessed.
