Since the beginning of the year, specialists from the Citizen Services Department of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk Region have conducted 55 outreach consultations for residents of Sviatohirsk, Lyman, and the settlements of the Sviatohirsk and Lyman territorial communities.
As of October 1, 2025, a total of 1,249 local residents have received practical assistance in resolving issues related to pension provision, housing subsidies and benefits, as well as state social assistance.
