The National Educational Platform Diia.Education has introduced a new learning format — "Skill Bytes": these are short video lessons created for daily development and quick acquisition of relevant knowledge. We explain how this format is useful, how it works, and why you should give it a try.
- Bytes are concise video lessons that help:
- quickly refresh knowledge before an important meeting;
- see how a specific skill is applied;
- get acquainted with a new topic in 2–3 minutes;
- gradually accumulate knowledge, even when time is short.
About 200 educational bytes from ten areas are already available on the platform:
- digital literacy;
- artificial intelligence;
- cyber hygiene;
- entrepreneurship;
- mental health;
- programming;
- pedagogy;
- management;
- career;
- self-development.
To get the most benefit, Diia.Education recommends:
- Watch 3–5 bytes daily instead of scrolling once a week.
- Apply new knowledge immediately after watching.
- Return to lessons for review and analysis.
- Combine bytes with courses, simulators, and tests on the platform.
You can view the bytes at this link.
