Children and young people in Donetsk Oblast joined the regional campaign "Talisman of Indestructibility" to congratulate military personnel on Ukrainian Armed Forces Day.
In hubs and schools, technical colleges and at home, in youth centers and sports schools, they made symbolic amulets, which Lilia Zolkina, head of the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National-Patriotic Education, and Anna Fesenko, head of the Department of Strategic Communications, delivered to the soldiers who are defending our region on the front lines today.
The organizers of the campaign received 130 large parcels with heartfelt letters and drawings, handmade bracelets, motanka dolls, angels, and much more.
"I am sure that these symbols of warmth, love, and faith in victory will give our soldiers the strength to liberate their homeland! Children and young people are our future. It is very important that they grow up with deep respect and love for their army. This unites our nation and makes it stronger," said Lilia Zolkina.
The servicemen passed on the gifts they received to their comrades on the front line, who are currently defending Donetsk Oblast in the most difficult areas of the front.
This campaign was carried out on the initiative of the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin, and with the support of the region's youth councils to support the defenders.
