When the full-scale war broke out, it was her determination that kept the healthcare facility running, organized the evacuation of some patients and staff, and opened new outpatient clinics in Kyiv and Dnipro for IDPs. "I knew that if we didn't support people in the first days, they would lose faith in medicine and in the state. And we have no right to abandon our patients," says Hanna.
Her initiatives have helped create a network of humanitarian hubs where more than 27,000 people have received medical, psychological and social assistance. She develops palliative and psychological care, supports veterans, organizes workshops for children, and cooperates with international organizations, which has resulted in tons of humanitarian supplies and medical equipment.
Today, more than 200 doctors work under her leadership, more than 30,000 patient declarations have been saved, and development plans include rehabilitation programs, mobile palliative care, and the introduction of modern telemedicine services.
