Nataliia Ivanisova is a participant of the regional contest "Woman of Donetsk Region" in 2025, nomination "The Power of Good and Unity"
Natalia Ivanisova was born in the city of Sloviansk, Donetsk Oblast. She graduated from school, college, and then the Kyiv Aviation Institute. Her parents still live in the city that is in her heart.
Currently, Natalia and her family live in a small town called Mykolaivka, which is located 15 km from Sloviansk. Her husband works at a power plant that generates energy for our country, and her daughter is a 10th grade student at an art school, majoring in theater, piano, and choreography. Like many residents of the Donetsk region, the Ivanisovs have experienced significant changes since February 2022.
Nataliia has been working as a teacher of special technical disciplines at the Slavic Vocational College of the State Non-Profit Enterprise State University Kyiv Aviation Institute for more than 20 years, where she herself graduated, and is a class teacher and chairman of the cycle commission.
When her daughter was three years old, her creative career began. Together with her daughter Victoria, they started attending the Palace of Culture. Vika became a member of the folk dance ensemble. And Natalia began her career as an actress in the School of Joy family-type club. They got acquainted with creativity and art in 2014, when the war broke out for our country.
In difficult war times, the club actively supported and continues to support and inspire the population of the frontline town of Mykolaivka, Donetsk Oblast. In peacetime, the artistic groups staged various performances, held fairs, and organized play programs for children.
No celebration in the community could take place without the participation of Natalia's family and the use of their creative talents. Currently, the participants of the School of Joy send their works in photo and video formats to participate in various competitions and festivals, and receive a large number of awards and diplomas. Both children and adult members of the community are distracted by themselves, and also try to distract and share positive energy with their viewers and fans.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, a humanitarian center has been operating in the Palace of Culture, providing assistance to community members in the form of social assistance, food and hygiene. Natalia and her daughter became assistants at the center. To this day, Natalia Ivanisova is a volunteer. She understands and cares about every resident of her community. Her heart aches and worries for every person.
Life goes on, days succeed each other, years march forward. In the mornings, Natalia Ivanisova is engaged in teaching, conducting distance learning for college students, actively using the latest educational technologies, and in the evenings she attends theater classes for her soul. Her daughter Victoria is studying at school and volunteers in her free time, just like her mother Natalia.
Helping people is absolutely free. It is Natalia's soul's call, her joy, her strength and her power at the same time. The city administration has repeatedly awarded the Ivanisovs with letters of appreciation for their volunteer work. Natalia and her daughter Victoria have volunteer certificates. This type of assistance is very important, as people need not only food but also communication.
Such a combination of volunteer work and creativity, teaching and favorite hobbies unites like-minded people and distracts from negative thoughts, especially in our difficult and dangerous times. At the same time, volunteering gives Natalia confidence that she is doing the right thing in our time.
