Dmytro worked for many years with the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) in Kramatorsk. After being forced to relocate because of the war, he began looking for new opportunities in another region and contacted the hotline of the Donetsk Regional Employment Service regarding a vacancy in Uzhhorod.
Although the position had already been filled, a call center specialist quickly found another opportunity that matched his experience and skills. After an interview, Dmytro received a job offer and joined his new team on May 6.
