The Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine has announced the holding of the all-Ukrainian competition "Teacher of the Year - 2026".
In 2026, educators will compete in the nominations "English Language", "Civic Education", "Mathematics", "Primary Education".
Registration of participants will last from September 22 to October 13, 2025. The competition will take place in two rounds:
- first round: November 2025 - February 2026;
- second round: April - May 2026.
By September 1, 2025, the central organizing committee must approve and publish the conditions and procedure for holding the competition.
The all-Ukrainian competition "Teacher of the Year" is not just a professional competition, but also a unique opportunity to demonstrate one's pedagogical achievements, exchange experiences, make a name for oneself among like-minded individuals, motivate colleagues, and confirm: the Ukrainian teacher is the foundation of modern quality education.
