On September 10, 2025, the Export Talent Match online job fair will be held as part of the national project Diia.Business. The event aims to promote the employment of young professionals - graduates of the Step In Export youth accelerator - who want to build a career in international trade.
Who is this event for? We invite Ukrainian enterprises and organizations that are already engaged in or planning to engage in export activities, namely
- manufacturers of goods and service providers;
- trading companies, distributors, importers/exporters;
- small, medium and large businesses interested in expanding their international presence;
- companies that have vacancies or offer internships in the field of foreign economic activity (FEA), exports, analytics and sales.
What will employers get?
- The opportunity to hold 5-7 short individual online meetings with the most relevant candidates.
- Access to the Talent Book, a reference book with profiles of all participants for further selection.
- The ability to exchange contacts and invite candidates for a full interview.
Why are these specialists ready to work? During the three-month training, the participants mastered the key skills of an export manager based on real Ukrainian enterprises. They know how to conduct market research, look for partners, develop marketing strategies, and are familiar with logistics and legal aspects of exports. Each graduate has developed a full-fledged export plan, which makes them ready to work effectively from the very first days.
