As part of the third wave of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," an online meeting was held between educators from the Ocheretynska settlement and Starobohorodchanska rural communities. The theme of the meeting was "Exchange of experience on the implementation of quality education in wartime."
Through the monitor screen, colleagues from the Starobohorodchanska community hospitably opened the doors of their educational institutions, sharing their experience of implementing quality education amid the trials of today. They talked about the use of project activities and modern technologies in methodological and club work, as well as measures for moral, ethical, and patriotic education. The work and achievements of the Youth Advisory Council were also presented.
They also shared their experience of helping the defenders who are currently defending the country and honoring the memory of those who have died. The traditions of Ivano-Frankivsk region, as well as the work of the Stobohorodchansky Lyceum in the project "Choice - Access to psychosocial support services for children, adolescents and their families in Western Ukraine", implemented by the Terre des hommes Foundation in Ukraine, were interesting and new for the Donetsk residents.
At the end of the meeting, the participants discussed plans for future cooperation in the field of education.
This meeting is not just an exchange of information, it is confirmation that, standing side by side, from Donetsk to the Carpathians, we are not only preserving education, but also building a strong, united, and invincible Ukraine.
