The Donetsk Regional Local History Museum held an educational online meeting entitled ‘Focus on the Military’ for students of Kurakhiv Secondary School No. 5 and Lyceum No. 35 named after Valentin Sheiman of the Kramatorsk City Council in Donetsk region. The event was aimed at understanding the events of the war through personal stories, the history of the brigade and the experience of military personnel.

Military personnel from the 152nd Separate Jäger Brigade named after Simon Petliura joined the meeting. Roman Kharchenko shared his own story of deciding to join the army, talked about the symbols, history and traditions of the brigade, and mentioned the servicemen who became examples of resilience and dedication to service. He focused separately on the figure of Simon Petliura and explained why the brigade bears his name.

In his speech, Artur Tsyganok-Pairei spoke about his personal motivation for serving, the peculiarities of communication in the army, and the importance of maintaining information hygiene. He also drew attention to the issue of countering fake news and explained what hostile information and psychological influence is and why it is a component of modern warfare.

The open dialogue format encouraged students to actively participate in the discussion and reflect on the topics of responsibility, service, and civic engagement. The event was part of the museum's educational work aimed at supporting the national and patriotic education of young people and preserving the memory of Ukraine's modern defenders.
