On August 26, 2025, the participants of the Congress of Educators of Donetsk Region joined the workshop and facilitated discussion "From Idea to Action". The event brought together the educational community from all over the region to find common solutions and synergies for the development of education.
The program was moderated by Svitlana Hara, Vice-Rector for Innovation and Methodological Work of Donetsk Regional IPES. The format was interactive and consisted of two parts:
🔹 Workshop. Teams from different communities presented their own management cases in the Challenge - Solution - Result format. This made it possible to share practical experience and best ideas.
🔹 Facilitated discussion. Each team presented the most promising idea and suggested ways to implement it in their community.
The event has become an effective platform for sharing experiences and developing specific action plans that will contribute to the development of education in Donetsk region.
In addition, tactical medicine and engineering instructors from the 169th Desna Training Center conducted practical mine safety training for the congress participants.
