As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," a landmark meeting took place—the educational meridian "Recipes for Successful Work as a Class Teacher."
This event brought together two powerful educational institutions: Kostyantynivka Secondary School No. 16 in Donetsk Oblast and the D. I. Chyzhevsky Gymnasium in Oleksandriya, Kirovohrad Oblast.
The heads of the educational institutions presented the achievements and values of their educational families, emphasizing their common goals despite the distance between them. The team from Kostyantynivka Secondary School No. 16 shared their unique, self-created "Book of Recipes for Educational Work" — a practical guide with effective exercises and methods, proven by experience, that will help every class teacher become a true leader for their students.
The meeting of educators once again confirmed that the exchange of experience and joint work have no geographical boundaries. Such initiatives strengthen the professional community, inspire teachers to new achievements, and contribute to the formation of a cohesive, effective educational environment throughout Ukraine.
