On July 2, the management event "The Educational Movement of the Unbreakable" started in the city of Lviv, which brought together educators from Donetsk and Lviv regions. The event became a platform for exchanging experiences and jointly seeking solutions for the development of Ukrainian education in today's conditions.

Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Oleksandr Shevchenko attended the conference and thanked the hosting side for their hospitality. He noted: "Only close cooperation, coordinated actions, and shared values allow the education system of Ukraine to function successfully in the current challenging conditions. Despite shelling and the destruction of educational institutions in the region, education in Donetsk is holding its front with dignity."

Participants in the event included heads of the education and science departments of the Donetsk and Lviv regional state administrations, the Donetsk Regional Institute of Postgraduate Pedagogical Education, heads of education management bodies of territorial communities, centers for professional development of pedagogical workers, as well as directors of general secondary education institutions.

Participants gathered to discuss current issues of organizing the educational process in wartime, particularly in general secondary and preschool education institutions, as well as to outline directions for supporting the professional development of educators.

Over the course of three days, participants will talk about organizing learning in communities, preserving Ukrainian identity, implementing modern approaches to education, developing digital and STEM competencies, as well as the challenges and prospects for the professional development of educators. Special attention will be paid to the implementation of the initiative "Shoulder to Shoulder: United Communities."

Acting Director of the Education and Science Department of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Yuliya Burteva emphasized the strategic importance of interregional educational partnerships, particularly the practical implementation of the Memorandum of Cooperation between Donetsk and Lviv as a tool for exchanging experiences and supporting management initiatives.

The goal is not only to exchange experiences among colleagues from different regions but also to strengthen cooperation between educational communities working in wartime conditions.

Lviv colleagues highly appreciated the work of Donetsk educators, particularly in the area of organizing distance learning, emphasizing that this experience is extremely important for them.

It is precisely through such meetings that a common educational environment is formed, where experience, support, and mutual understanding become the foundation of resilience and progress.
