Published 10 October 2025 year, 14:21

On October 10, specialists from the Donetsk Regional Employment Center held a meeting with representatives of public, charitable, and international organizations. The event focused on building effective cooperation with institutions working in the field of social support. The main goal was to create new opportunities for employment, professional development, and self-realization of citizens.

During her speech, Natalia Adamova, Acting Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center, emphasized the importance of partnership between state institutions and the civil sector:

“Combining efforts allows us to respond more effectively to today’s challenges, support people who are looking for jobs or want to gain new skills, and thereby contribute to the recovery of the region’s economy.”

Employment service specialists presented modern support tools, including:

Unified Vacancy Portal and Single Window of Services — convenient online resources for job searching and accessing employment-related services.

Professional training programs — opportunities to upgrade qualifications or master new professions.

Compensation programs for employers who hire internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups.

State business grant programs implemented with the support of the employment service.

Special attention was given to career guidance for youth, as well as support for veterans and internally displaced persons.

Participants actively engaged in discussion, exploring ways to combine efforts in human capital development. The online format of the event enabled representatives from various regions of Ukraine to join, highlighting openness and readiness for constructive dialogue.

The Donetsk Regional Employment Service continues to expand its network of partners and strengthen cooperation with public, charitable, and international organizations. Because only through joint efforts can we build a society of equal opportunities — one where everyone receives support, has a chance for professional fulfillment, and can live a dignified life.
