On June 6–7, educators from the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children’s and Youth Creativity helped organize recreational activities for children from various communities in the Donetsk region who are currently staying at the “Emerald City” Social Rehabilitation Sanatorium and Health Center in the village of Orinyn, Khmelnytskyi region.
Over the course of two days, a series of educational, creative, and sports activities was held for the participants, aimed at developing communication skills, creative abilities, teamwork skills, and mutual support.
The children took part in interactive games, quizzes, team battles, relay races, and contests. In particular, participants tested their knowledge during the “Ukraine: Fact or Fiction?” quiz and learned about the stories of outstanding athletes from their home region in the “Sports Legends of Donetsk Oblast” quiz, where they had the opportunity to demonstrate their quick thinking and creative approach to completing tasks.
The activities provided the children with positive emotions, an opportunity to showcase their talents, and the chance to make friends with peers from various communities across Donetsk Oblast.
