On August 22, 2025, the educational hub "Donetsk Region" hosted a bright and useful event - a business game "Team spirit is the key to the success of an educational institution", organized and conducted by teachers of the Lyman community.
The main goal of the event was to help teachers tune in to teamwork before the start of the new school year, strengthen mutual understanding and support in the team, improve communication, and at the same time take care of mental health.
The speakers of the event, Nina Pronchakova, Director of the IRC of the Lyman City Council, and Olga Mozgova, a practical psychologist at Lyceum No. 1 in Lyman, prepared a series of exercises that helped the participants achieve these goals in an easy and interesting way.
🔹 "Brainstorming: Returning after a vacation" - helped to reduce anxiety, overcome reluctance to go to work after a vacation and find inner balance.
🔹 "Driver and Car" - provided an opportunity to identify leadership qualities, feel the difference between the role of a manager and an employee, and learn to work better in a team.
🔹 "Damaged phone" - clearly showed how important it is to correctly and clearly transmit information from the manager to subordinates.
Participation in these exercises helped teachers to better understand themselves, see their strengths and weaknesses, tune in to productive work and create a positive attitude for the entire school year.
The meeting ended in a good mood - with new experience, skills and team spirit that inspired the teachers of the Lyman community on the eve of the start of the school year.
