As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," displaced persons from Donetsk Oblast who currently reside in Lviv Oblast had the opportunity to experience the rich cultural heritage of the region.

A group of 30 displaced persons, led by Dmytro Shynkar, head of the Pokrovskaya MBA Unity Hub, visited the Potocki Palace in Sheptytskyi, where the Museum of the History of Religion is located, free of charge. The participants explored the palace's underground passages and magnificent halls, immersing themselves in the history and architecture of this ancient place.

The tour participants also visited the photo exhibition "Where the Mountains and Valleys Are..." dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding scientist and passionate traveler Yaroslav Bazilevich. The exhibition demonstrates Yaroslav Bazilevich's passion for mountain, hiking, cycling, and water travel.

Pokrovska MBA expresses its gratitude to the partner community for a wonderful event for our compatriots, which brought people together around cultural heritage and art. Such initiatives integrate internally displaced persons into their new local environment, giving them positive emotions and a sense of unity with the community that welcomes them.
