In May, the fifth workshop of the mini-grant competition "DIY Community" was completed, which is implemented with the support of UNICEF.
Almost 30 teams, dozens of ideas filled with drive and social meaning — and only 10 teams that will soon implement changes in their communities.
This time, the wave was special. It united youth from different corners of Donetsk region, including internally displaced persons who are building a new life in new communities. The central idea is to provide youth with tools and knowledge to implement projects in areas such as ecology, digital education, career development, and participation in the recovery of regions.

"Workshop of the Future: Ecology and Recovery," Avdiivka Community
A series of creative, educational, and recovery activities aimed at preserving nature, reusing resources for participants of different ages, and forming ecological awareness and practical skills for responsible environmental behavior.
"Power of the Frame," Bilozerska Community
Conducting thematic activities for the youth of Bilozerska Community, covering practical skills in photography, video shooting, content editing, montage, as well as promoting materials in the digital information space.
"Lyman Youth! Go forward, look ahead, learn your profession!", Lyman Community
Conducting a series of events for student youth of Lyman Community, including training and workshops on career building, familiarization with modern labor market trends, development of effective communication skills, and self-awareness.
"Workshop of Understanding," Illinivka Community
Conducting a series of training sessions, group exercises, creative workshops, and dialogue meetings to develop emotional competence, improve communication, and create an atmosphere of support and mutual understanding among youth from internally displaced persons in Illinivka Community and Kramatorsk district.
"Ecomotion," Mykolaivka Community
Conducting an ecological action, training sessions, workshops on developing leadership qualities and forming civic activity for youth, aimed at social integration through involvement in ecological initiatives and informal education programs.
"Navigator of Dreams," Selydivka Community
Conducting training sessions, master classes, motivational meetings with specialists from various fields, career guidance consultations, and practical classes for youth of Selydivka Community aged 14 to 24 years.
"Youth of Donetsk: Career Guidance Wave," Udachne Community
Conducting online and offline events: career guidance sessions, meetings with representatives of professions and educational institutions, training on soft skills development, and practical classes for youth in Donetsk region aged 14-35 years.
"Development of Green Skills in Youth," Olhynska Community
Conducting an educational online meeting, training on eco-education, and practical classes on eco-recreation for youth in Volnovakha district and the hosting community aged 10-30 years.
"Self-made: Boost Yourself," Dobropillia Community
Conducting a series of training sessions on developing leadership qualities and defining personal and professional trajectories for youth in Dobropillia Community aged 14-18 years.
"Ecostart: Green Skills for Youth," Sartana Community
Developing interactive educational materials and conducting practical online activities that will help young people from different communities gain knowledge in ecology and apply it in everyday life.
