The Zaporizhzhia Chamber of Commerce and Industry, in collaboration with the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and with the support of the “Partnership for a Strong Ukraine” Program, announces the launch of the “Code of Resilience” educational program.
The training will help entrepreneurs adapt their businesses to wartime conditions, acquire practical tools for development, and expand opportunities for securing financing. This was reported by the Donetsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Over the course of eight months, a series of online events will be held: webinars, consultations, virtual visits to companies for the exchange of experience, and thematic workshops. A total of 25 expert meetings are planned.
The program begins on July 22. Registration is open throughout the entire duration of the program. Participation is free of charge.
Target audience: representatives of SMEs in the Zaporizhzhia and Donetsk regions.
The program’s content covers key areas for the development and strengthening of SMEs, including:
✅ Legal and regulatory stability for businesses, force majeure, changes in legislation, and risk management;
✅ E-commerce and rules for operating on marketplaces;
✅ European compliance and product classification;
✅ Marketing and communications under resource constraints;
✅ crisis planning and business diagnostics;
✅ government and donor support tools;
✅ veteran entrepreneurship;
✅ sustainable development and risk management;
✅ B2B sales and sales management strategies;
✅ as well as practical mechanisms for securing funding, grants, and loan programs.
Participation in the program is an opportunity for entrepreneurs to gain applied knowledge and practical tools to strengthen their businesses and identify new growth opportunities.
