Specialists of the Eastern Office of the State Audit Office in Donetsk region conducted 63 state financial control activities (including 1 inspection in the form of an audit, 3 audits, and 59 procurement monitoring) in the first 4 months of 2025, documenting violations and deficiencies amounting to 493.7 million hryvnias.
The efforts of the auditors ensured the reimbursement of financial violations that led to resource losses amounting to 2.2 million UAH, and the elimination of legislative violations in the procurement sphere amounting to 171.4 million hryvnias. From the implementation of the provided proposals, losses amounting to 94.0 million UAH were reimbursed and prevented, resulting in an economic effect of 3.4 million hryvnias.
For committed violations of financial discipline and procurement legislation, 1 official was brought to administrative responsibility, and 3 to disciplinary responsibility.
The heads of the controlled entities made 16 management decisions based on the results of state financial control activities.
In order to properly assess the actions of officials of the controlled entities, 3 materials from state financial control activities were transferred to law enforcement agencies, with 1 material being attached to a criminal proceeding.
