The annual All-Ukrainian competition was initiated and conducted by the Institute for Political, Legal, and Religious Studies with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance, the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the European Cultural Assembly, the Institute for Modernization of Education Content of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Institute of Education Problems of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the Kyiv City State Administration, the NGO “National and Civic Identity,” the All-Ukrainian Society ‘Knowledge’ of Ukraine, the All-Ukrainian Society “Prosvita” named after Taras Shevchenko, and others.
The aim of the competition is to promote Ukrainian national and civic identity, spread patriotic ideas, identify and support gifted young people, encourage patriotic creativity among defenders of Ukraine through participation in artistic projects, raising awareness of the history of the formation of modern Ukrainian culture and art, and creating conditions for its creative growth.
The All-Ukrainian competition was established on the initiative of Oleksandr Oleksandrovych Gerasymenko, President of the Institute for Political, Legal, and Religious Studies.
The submission period for entries lasted from October 10, 2025, to January 6, 2026.
A total of 25,368 participants took part in the All-Ukrainian Creative Works Competition. This made the competition the largest event to bring together young people from all over Ukraine.
The competition became an important part of the national-patriotic education of young people and contributed to the consolidation of Ukrainian society and the support of scientific and creative initiatives.
