On December 19, Director of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center Nataliia Adamova, together with the management and specialists of the Department of Consumer Market, Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy, as well as representatives of the Veterans Policy Office of the Kramatorsk City Council, discussed ways to establish effective cooperation in supporting employers, developing entrepreneurship, and ensuring social labor guarantees for citizens.
During the meeting, the key compensatory programs to support employers offered by the employment service were discussed. Ms. Adamova подробно outlined the opportunities provided by each program and emphasized their practical benefits for entrepreneurs and the local economy.
Olena Tarasevych, Head of the Department of Consumer Market, Entrepreneurship and Regulatory Policy of the Kramatorsk City Council, paid special attention to the issue of legalization of labor relations. The department will coordinate its work with the employment center on monitoring and informing employers.
As a result, the participants agreed on joint steps for further cooperation aimed at developing legal business, ensuring labor market stability, and strengthening social guarantees for citizens.
“Our common goal is to support employers, promote entrepreneurship, and ensure proper social guarantees for employees. The legalization of labor relations is not only compliance with the law, but also an investment in the stability and development of the community,” Nataliia Adamova noted.
