Support to Help Find Work and Grow a Business

Published 14 October 2026 year, 13:10

The Slavyanshchyna region is currently living and working under difficult conditions. Yet even during wartime, farms continue to operate, maintain production, and carry out vital work—growing crops and raising livestock.

One such enterprise is the “Veres” Farm, which specializes in growing grain crops and raising livestock.

For an agricultural enterprise, professional staff are a particularly important component of stable operations. An agronomist is responsible for organizing and monitoring production processes, overseeing the condition of crops, and ensuring that agricultural work is carried out on time.

Recruiters from the Sloviansk Office of the Kramatorsk Branch of the Donetsk Regional Employment Center helped the enterprise find just such a specialist.

Due to the war, Vitaliy Grigoriev left his native village of Fedorivka in the Soledar community and moved to Sloviansk. He has over 10 years of experience working in the agricultural sector. Since 2013, he had headed a farm in the Bakhmut district, where he also worked part-time as an agronomist.

After moving, Vitaliy sought to continue the work to which he had dedicated a significant part of his professional life.

With the support of recruiters, he found an opportunity to apply his knowledge and experience in his new location and was hired as a seed production agronomist at the “Veres” Agricultural Enterprise.

The company’s support did not end there.

The employer took advantage of a compensation program for the employment of internally displaced persons, in accordance with Resolution No. 331 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
