In today's environment, the labor market requires flexible solutions, rapid adaptation, and effective support for both citizens and employers. The Donetsk Regional Employment Service remains a reliable partner, providing clients with modern tools for professional development, employment, and individual support.
In January–May 2025, 12,300 citizens used the services of the agency, and more than 1,200 employers submitted information about 4,400 vacancies. Thanks to an individual approach to each client, active cooperation with employers, and the implementation of modern employment promotion programs, more than 3,800 people were employed.
Particular attention is paid to vocational training and development. Since the beginning of the year, 553 people have received vouchers to learn a new profession or improve their qualifications. In total, more than 1,100 citizens underwent training, and 90% of them have already been successfully employed.
Compensation programs are being implemented to support employers. During the first five months of 2025, labor costs were compensated for 364 internally displaced persons who were employed, expenses for equipping 15 workplaces for people with disabilities were reimbursed, and social security contributions were compensated for 15 people who were employed in newly created jobs.
As of June 1, 2025, there were 6,000 job seekers registered. At that time, there were 594 job offers in the database, with an average salary of UAH 13,580.
